1. Digital Products Nature

"The 5-Second Handbook" is an instantly accessible digital educational product (PDF). Since access to the complete digital material is granted immediately upon payment verification, standard order cancellations are generally not applicable once the download has been initiated.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

We are fully committed to student satisfaction and will process a 100% full refund in the following scenarios:

Double / Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a network glitch.
Technical Delivery Failure: If payment was debited from your account but you did not receive access to the download link and our support team is unable to deliver the file within 24 hours.
